The content of this course provides an advanced knowledge component for legal compliance requirements and safety and health legal requirements in quarries including:
- Plan and prepare to develop the framework for the risk management system.
- Develop the processes to support the risk management system.
- Plan and implement the risk management system.
- Monitor, review and update the risk management processes.
Provide the knowledge and tools for Quarry Management personnel to:
- Plan for the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a risk management system.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review a risk management system appropriate to their respective operations.
- Prepare for on-site assessment of competency as part of the Quarry Management Certification System (QMCS).
