Awards
The Institute of Quarrying Australia (IQA), together with industry supporters, makes available a number of valuable awards each year to people who have distinguished themselves by educational accomplishments or through their work in the quarrying industry. Unless otherwise stated, awards will be assessed by the Awards Committee and presented during the National Conference each year.
To ensure all applications are received by the Awards Committee, please notify the IQA national office that you have, or intend to submit an application. The Alex North over Award is for the best prepared Portfolio of Evidence submitted to an RTO in support of the applicant seeking accreditation for either Certificate IV or Dipolma against the Extractive Industries Training Package
