The content of this course provides an advanced knowledge component for legal compliance requirements and safety and health legal requirements in quarries including:
- Provide information about the scope of compliance procedures.
- Implement and monitor management of compliance.
- Implement, monitor and prioritise compliance requirements.
- Implement, monitor and document procedures and training for compliance.
Provide the knowledge and tools for Quarry Management personnel to:
- Identify legal compliance requirements at their respective quarry operations.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review compliance management systems.
- Prepare for on-site assessment of competency as part of the Quarry Management Certification System (QMCS).
