Panel Discussion – Facilitating the How – Encouraging Diversity in the Central West
1.30pm Over the last few years our industry has taken some steps to increase diversity in
our workforce. We all recognize the “Why” – why is diversity good for our
businesses, our employees and our customers – why its simply the right thing to
do. What many sites struggle with is the “How.”

  • How do we encourage a diverse workforce?
  • How do we facilitate the growth of the people we have?
  • How do we remove barriers?
  • How do we remove the unconscious (or worse still conscious) bias?
  • How do we break down stereotypes?

Join our speakers from the morning as we discuss “Facilitating the How -
fostering diversity from the grassroots up.
