Session Details:

WorkSafe Victoria, has developed the WorkWell Program.  Brianna Doolan and Renee Walsh from WorkSafe Victoria will discuss the WorkWell Program sharing information and resources to help navigate mental health and safety in your workplace.

2020 was an incredibly disruptive year for everyone, and a lot of uncertainty remains in 2021 due to COVID-19. Safe to say; we have all felt the health, economic and social impacts in our personal and professional lives in recent times. Insecure employment, travel restrictions, working remotely and workloads; are just a handful of issues that have negatively impacted on worker mental health in this environment.

This online session will introduce a preventative approach to creating mentally healthy workplaces and provide insights in to the 11 work-related factors that impact on workplace mental health. This session focuses on how your workplace can implement systems-level change to ensure that workers are mentally safe and thrive.

If you have booked an event as a delegate or a sponsor that is being postponed due to COVID-19, your sponsorship / registration will automatically be transferred to the future event. The IQA will be taking the prescribed steps and following the respective State and Territory guidelines in relation to COVID-19 restrictions, to ensure that the planned event is conducted is an appropriate manner. Attendees will be required to adhere to the COVID-19 practices as recommended by each State and Territory during the IQA event and no attendees should consider participating in an event if they are suffering from any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
