IQA has partnered with Prime Effect to deliver Be Buoyant: Reducing Psychosocial Hazards in Your Workplace, a highly engaging 2-hour online workshop designed to help leaders in the quarrying sector identify, reduce and manage psychosocial risks at work.

This practical webinar explores how psychosocial hazards such as stress, fatigue, conflict, poor communication and low support can impact workplace health, safety and performance. Participants will gain practical tools and strategies to support healthy, safe and high-performing teams.

This course supports leaders to build more mentally healthy workplaces where teams can communicate effectively, manage challenges and stay buoyant under pressure.

Learning Objectives

The Be Buoyant program includes seven practical modules across a total duration of 2 hours:

  • How to reduce psychological risks in the workplace
  • Health and wellbeing at work
  • Conflict resolution and managing challenging situations
  • Team building and effective communication
  • Resilience strategies, including movement, diet and sleep
  • Behaviour management and positive workplace culture
  • Practical training for leaders

The program is cleverly segmented so participants can continue referring back to the tools and strategies beyond the session.
