Jane Schmitt

Chief Executive Officer

Jane leads the IQA's strategic and operational direction and works closely with the Board to ensure alignment with member needs, sector priorities, and long-term organisational goals.

Jane is a lawyer with extensive experience in senior executive roles across health, sport, energy and education sectors. She brings deep expertise in membership organisations, stakeholder engagement, and governance, with previous CEO roles at AMA Queensland and senior positions at Mater Group.

Donna Turner

National Operations and Finance Lead

Donna oversees the IQA’s financial management, national operations, and branch coordination to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services and events.

With a strong background in not-for-profit financial management, Donna brings a depth of expertise in budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic planning. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach, a strong understanding of governance, and a clear eye for operational efficiency.

Chiara Lesèvre

National Communications, Marketing & Membership Lead

Chiara leads the IQA's marketing and communications strategy, driving brand visibility, digital engagement, and national membership growth.

Chiara is a strategic communications and marketing professional with 20 years of experience across corporate, health, government, member-based organisations and international consultancy, bringing a global perspective to strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
