The IQA Mentoring Program has returned for 2026, connecting members with experienced professionals from across the quarrying sector for a structured six-month mentoring partnership.
Following the success of the inaugural 2025 program, the 2026 program offers members the opportunity to gain years of knowledge in months through direct access to experienced professionals - all at no cost, as part of your IQA membership.
Places are limited to 50 participants. Once all places are filled, the program is full - members are encouraged to apply early to secure a place

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who can apply?
Current IQA members in good standing. Both experienced professionals (mentors) and those seeking development (mentees) are welcome.
What's the time commitment?
Approximately 2-3 hours per month: one monthly meeting (1-2 hours) plus informal communication.
How are matches made?
Based on your application responses covering goals, experience areas, industry focus, location preferences, and availability.
What if the match isn't working?
We provide support to address any issues. If necessary, re-matching can be arranged within the first month.
Is this program continuing beyond the initial 50 participants?
Based on the success of this inaugural program, we plan to expand capacity in future rounds.
What happens after six months?
Program officially concludes, though many mentoring relationships continue informally. Participants will be invited to apply for future programs.
