YMN Conference Scholarships
The Australian Institute of Quarrying Education Foundation (AIQEF) offers three Young Member Network (YMN) Scholarships, valued at $2,750 each, to help emerging professionals attend the 2026 IQA National Conference on the Gold Coast, 6 to 8 October 2026.
What each scholarship covers
- Full conference registration
- Return economy airfares to the Gold Coast
- Accommodation for the duration of the conference
- Access to all networking events
Who can apply
- Current financial members of the IQA
- Aged 35 or under at the closing date
- Available to attend the full conference (6 to 8 October 2026)
- Willing to present their learnings to their local IQA branch in the 2026/27 financial year
Key dates
- Applications close: Friday 7 August 2026
- Successful applicants notified: early September 2026
How to apply
Applications are merit-based and reviewed by an IQA selection panel.
The scholarship is a fixed contribution of $2,750; any costs above this amount are the responsibility of the recipient.
