Leadership for Senior Managers involves a complex and multifaceted set of skills and responsibilities. Leadership skills are often thought of as soft skills, or less important in a than technical expertise. However, every leader needs a grounding in the leadership skills required to be an effective leader.

The Effective Leadership for Senior Managers workshop has been designed to develop the leadership capability of senior managers to a consistent standard, resulting in a high performing culture that delivers consistent results. It is about how to effectively influence people at work to build this constructive culture.

Your Facilitator: Sam Robinson
Sam helps leaders succeed by connecting people, relationships, systems, and structures. He has worked across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, implementing and guiding organisational transformation programs. A former lawyer, he brings a breadth of expertise, including internal organisational system design, risk management, and compliance as well as individual development and leadership potential.
