About the event: 
This session will demonstrate how to leverage existing operational technologies, along with uncovering inefficiencies and areas of improvement through increased material production best practices. 

Attendees will learn about how visualisation and analysis of productivity data can lead to an optimised cost per ton and impactful value to customer operations.

Jason Barnwell | Global Product Support Manager, Caterpillar 

Jason Barnwell is the Global Product Support Manager for Caterpillar’s Job Site Solutions business with over 29 years of Civil, Mining, Port, Rail and Shipping Operations experience and technical knowledge of the Pit to Port supplychain. He leads a global team with responsibility for commercial product performance with accountability for fleet analysis, productivity optimisation, machine application, fleet analytics and process improvement.

Jason began his career in 1995 as a Trainee with BHP, advancing to leadership roles in Anglo-American and BHP’s Truck Shovel, Dragline, Port, Rail and Shipping divisions throughout Australia. Since joining Caterpillar in 2014, Jason has had various assignments focused on Caterpillar’s autonomous haulage solution, technology, project implementation, product application, product support, contract management and leadership. Jason’s experience with large-scale mining and deep customer knowledge has delivered significant value and service growth to Resources Industries.
